Peak Bean uses a courier system for both domestic UK deliveries and worldwide international deliveries. For local deliveries within the High Peak, please contact us at info@peakbean.co.uk as you may qualify for free delivery.

Processing Times
Items ordered for next day delivery AFTER 1500hrs GMT may not be processed until the following working day, we always do our best to process any orders placed up until 1300hrs GMT however unfortunately this is not always possible. Sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control your order may take a little longer to get to you than expected. First we recommend that you ask your neighbours if your order has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, this can be found on your shipping confirmation email. Also check with the courier, they will have a tracking number for your delivery and often when logging into their website you can easily see what at stage of delivery your purchase is. If your delivery still hasn’t arrived after 7 days and you have performed the above steps then please email us at info@https://peakbean.co.uk with your order number. We realise this can be a very frustrating situation we do greatly appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are based on the items you’re ordering and your delivery address, it will offer you the best available rates once it knows this information. The easiest way to work out shipping costs is to go through the website ordering process as if you were going to order the items you would like, then on the final page of the checkout process (before having to pay) you’ll be given a list of available shipping options.
Your shipping confirmation email is a notification that we have handed over your order to our courier and its way to you.
