This coffee is produced by Coop Sol y Café. The plantations associated with this cooperative are located in the counties of Jaen and San Ignacio, which are found in the Peruvian region of Cajamarca. Not only is Coop Sol y Café registered as Fairtrade but also holds certifications for Organic and Rainforest Alliance.
