We would like to think of this coffee as vibrant and elegant. Tasting notes provide a juicy burst of forest fruits and bright citrus, balanced by a rich caramelised sweetness and a soft, clean floral finish.

Description

This african coffee is a blend of washed beans from farmers in the Arusha and Kilimanjaro regions. Grown at 1,400–1,800 meters, this exceptional lot showcases the classic brightness of Tanzanian Bourbon and Kent varieties.

The cherries are picked and brought whole to the washing station where they are then washed and undergo a fermentation of around 40 hours before more washing and soaking. The Beans are then dried on raised beds.
